These bots are hosted on wellnessbotai.com and link to the associate’s MLM site for client purchases. Wellness Bots AI and its iTerra bots are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any MLM company.  
 
2. Non-Medical Disclaimer
iTerra Bots are for educational and marketing purposes only. They provide general information about essential oils and wellness practices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, nor do they constitute medical advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns or emergencies. Wellness Bots AI is not liable for any health-related decisions made based on bot interactions.
 
3. Usage Terms

- Each iTerra Bot Subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific bot and its personalized landing page (e.g., https://wellnessbotai.com/rep/[associateName]) for marketing your MLM products.
 
- Associates may not resell, sublicense, modify, or distribute the bot or landing page.
 
- The landing page URL is for sharing with clients to facilitate sales through the associate’s MLM site.
 
- Wellness Bots AI retains full ownership and control of all bots and landing pages, and associates have no backend access or modification rights.

- Subscriptions are cancellable at any time via the Wix Members Area at wellnessbotai.com. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
 
4. Liability Limitation
Wellness Bots AI, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use iTerra Bots, including but not limited to:
- Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in bot functionality.
- Losses from client interactions or sales through the associate’s MLM site.
- Unauthorized access to or misuse of the landing page URL.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Bots AI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding month.
 
5. Intellectual Property
iTerra Bots, their content, design, and associated landing pages are the intellectual property of Wellness Bots AI & Healthy Lifestyle Education Services. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Associates may use the provided landing page URL solely for marketing purposes as outlined in the subscription terms.
 
6. Third-Party Services
iTerra Bots link to associates’ MLM sites (e.g., https://my.MLMCOMPANY.com/[associateId]/US/en/shop). Wellness Bots AI is not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of MLM sites or any third-party services accessed through the bots.
 
7. Termination
Wellness Bots AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any bot or landing page for associates violating these terms, including misuse, unauthorized reselling, or failure to maintain an active subscription.
 
8. Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts.
