Program Duration:
- 30 day, 60 day, 90 day programs with or without labs
Ongoing: We recommend continuous enrollment to ensure your dog's nutritional needs are met as they grow and their health requirements evolve.
Supplements and Labs are not provided in the cost of the program.
Customized K9 Nutrition
Due to the personalized nature of our nutrition and wellness programs, immediate access to digital content, and the perishable nature of certain pet products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or downgrades once a program or product has been purchased.
Payment Plan Changes: If you are enrolled in a payment plan, changes to the payment schedule may be possible. Please contact us for assistance.
Health & Program Modifications:
- Human Programs: We understand that health circumstances can change. While we design programs for specific health needs and stages, we will work with you to make reasonable modifications within the scope of your purchased program. However, significant changes due to new health issues may not always be possible, as your program was developed for your circumstances at the time of enrollment. Modifications are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on several factors, including the nature of the health issue, the extent of modifications needed, and the feasibility within the program structure. We are committed to supporting you to the best of our ability, but please note that program redesigns or substitutions are not guaranteed.
- Pet Programs: We recognize that pets' needs and health conditions can evolve. We strive to accommodate reasonable modifications within the scope of your purchased pet program. However, major changes due to new health concerns or significant dietary restrictions might not always be feasible, as the program was tailored to your pet's initial assessment. Modifications are evaluated individually, considering the nature of the health issue, required adjustments, and the program's structure. We are dedicated to providing optimal support for your pet's well-being, but program redesigns or complete substitutions cannot be assured.
